
Toronto Nature Stewards (TNS)
Toronto Nature Stewards has been a consistent collaborator in our ecological restoration and stewardship work across Toronto’s ravines and parks. Through this partnership, we have been able to engage youth volunteers in invasive plant species removals, fostering biodiversity and community involvement. Key collaborations include removing invasive plants at Toronto Heritage Plaque site (2022), Severn Creek Park (2023), Topham Pond (2024), and Birkdale Ravine (2025).
Credit Valley Conservation (CVC)
CVC is an environmental organization in Ontario that protects and manages the Credit River Watershed, including land stewardship, flood forecasting, and environmental monitoring. They have been one of HNP Canada’s core collaborators throughout the past three years. Together, we have collaborated on events such as the invasive plant species removals at Rattray Marsh Conservation Area (2023 & 2024), Chris Gibson Tree Planting (2023), and Peelton Hills Park Tree Planting (2025).

TakingITGlobal (TIG)
TakingITGlobal is a Canadian registered charity that aims to empower and support youth projects around the globe. They have supported HNP Canada through Commit2Act sponsorships in 2024 and 2025 that have expanded HNP Canada’s reach through youth empowerment and engagement. Through these sponsorships, HNP Canada was able host Earth Day Competitions in 2023 and 2024 as well as our Minds on Climate Symposium. Furthermore, these sponsorships also helped support our 2023 and 2024 Earth Day Cleanups at Riverdale East Park and Christie Pitts Park.
Oakvillegreen Conservation Association
Oakvillegreen Conservation Association has been a valued collaborator of HNP Canada, dedicated to restoring local green spaces and promoting biodiversity. Their expertise and resources have supported our youth-led environmental initiatives, including the pollinator garden planting (2025) as well as the preserve woods tree planting (2025). Together, we’ve advanced shared goals of education, sustainability, and community engagement.

Earth Rangers
HNP Canada has been collaborating with Earth Rangers, a charity that transforms children’s concerns about the environment into positive action on bringing our Youth Action for Nature webinar to life in November 2025, which will engage volunteers in education, community building.
Clean Toronto Together
Clean Toronto Together has been an important city-wide initiative that aligns with HNP Canada’s goals of environmental responsibility and public participation. Through this initiative, our volunteers have contributed to Toronto’s largest annual cleanup campaigns over the past four years. HNP Canada has led cleanups at High Park, Centennial Park, Riverdale East Park and Christie Pits Park Cleanup as part of this initiative.

Councillor Santos’s Youth Council
Our collaboration with Councillor Santos and her youth council has been key in promoting civic engagement and local environmental stewardship. Through resource sharing, promotion, and community leadership, Councillor Santos has supported several of our initiatives. Together, we partnered on the Andrew McCandless Park Cleanup (2025), where volunteers and community members came together to restore the park’s natural environment.
Wellness Impact Lab
Two members of the Wellness Impact Lab (WIL) delivered a presentation titled, “Arts-Based Interventions for Climate Emotions” at HNP Canada’s Minds on Climate Symposium in September 2025. The WIL at Dahdaleh Institute for Global Health Research at York University is an eco-focused research lab working on knowledge synthesis projects, scoping reviews, and climate cafès with the aim to promote integrated chealth and wellness practices for personal growth and collective action.


EcoSpark
EcoSpark is one of HNP Canada’s collaborators dedicated to connecting youth with nature through citizen science and conservation. Their mission to empower communities aligns with our shared goal of protecting local ecosystems. We collaborated on the Rouge Park Cleanup (2023), engaging volunteers in hands-on conservation and environmental monitoring.
